kimochi ga warui also can be used as "not feeling well". But it's also used on something or someone which makes you feel bad like "someone creeped out." as you say.
kibun ga ii: feel good or happy mentally, like your BF/GF kiss you or say "I love you"
kimochi ga ii: feel good physically, like you have sex with your BF/GF
It's simple, right? lol
>i feel like eating a cookie

>i feel weird.

That's correct.
"kibun ga ii/warui" can be translated;
"I'm in a good mood", "I'm feeling well/ bad", "I feel good/ bad"
"kimochi ga ii/warui" can be translated "I feel good/bad" only.
--> used to refer to a good/bad emotional condition.
æ°æã¡ describes how you feel emotionally.(connected to your "heart")

How would you feel if .....? ãâããã...... ãªããã©ããªæ°æã¡ã§ããï¼
æ°å is used more for physical status

I know it has nothing to do with your health, but we say ï½ãããæ°åã
almost an idiomatic expression: http://promptbox.net/eigo/110530.html
e.g. I feel like eating a cookie.ãã¯ããã¼é£ã¹ããæ°åã
I feel weird --> ãã³ãªæã
I think both of them is used for emotional feelings. "æ°æã¡" is certainly also used for physical feeling.
"æ°å" is temporal emotional feeling at that moment. "æ°åå±" means a moody person.
