first of all, is it gramatically correct?'
2nd, is this even the proper way to say such a thing?
maybe i should use shinpai suru or fuan or something instead of osoreru.. haha. i DO fear my teacher may be mad at me, but its more of a type of anxiety rather than yknow..serious FEAR.
so i think i should use a different verb. not sure. please explain as much as you can or offer examples
thank you! :D

Well, it's not correct.
If you want to say "I'm scared because my teacher is angry at me", then better to say
先生が私に怒っているので怖いです。
It doesn't seem quite grammatically correct. You're right in trying to find a better way to say it. I'd suggest using kowai for the FEAR part.
å çãç§ã«æã£ã¦ããã®ã¯ãããã§ãã
The æã£ã¦ããã®ã¯ part becomes what is feared and is an indirect object.
I would say
å çãæã£ã¦ãããã§ãæããããSensei ga okotte isou de, kowai yo.
You could also say
å çãæã£ã¦ãããã§ãå¿é ã ããã
"ãããã§/Isoude" give some nuance, "I'm not 100% sure but very likely the teacher get mad...."
You are right.
æã is for serious fear, scare, sense of danger
å¿é is more for anxiety or worry.
I think it's japanese for I think the teacher us mad at me.
