Why don’t Christian organizations compete by trying to be the most logical?
Instead, they seem to be competing by having the craziest beliefs. They seem to think that the Christian organization with the craziest and most absurd beliefs is the holiest. I mean, look how arrogant the Mormons are; those crazies really do think they are the best Christians and they have the craziest dogma out of all Jesus believers. Will there ever come an era in the lifetime Christendom where the objective for Christians won’t be to believe in crazy stuff, but to be logical and reasoned?

I suppose that the main reason is that Christian organizations don't compete. True Christian organizations seek to work together to bring about a common cause.
Interesting you brought up mormorons, because they actually think they are being more logical.
Take the pre-existence for example. It certainly puts more gravitas behind the anti-abortion movement. Or how about explaining how your consciousness did not begin at conception but in fact has always existed.
And afterlife purpose: Isn't a post life godhood a better motive for seeking heaven than merely being one of god's fanners with a big feather?

Why don't atheist organizations compete by trying to give back and enrich their communities? Instead, they spend an inordinate amount of time insulting others on Y/A.

If being logical and reasoned also means being hateful, spiteful and bigoted, then forget it.
Righteousness is the competition... not empty words.
