i would like to play WoW lightly, i want to be able to run multiple programs without slowing down (ie. burning CDs, Limewire, itunes, firefox, etc,) will it be able to run those programs mainly without slowing down, way away down?

It'll do that fine - but there are better machines on the market. I reccomend looking at intel processors - you will pay a little more, but it'll be a far better performer for multitasking.
