What does it mean when a person says that a child is a toe head? Ok I grew up in the Caribbean and did not have much interaction with Caucasians. I never even heard this term till about 4 years ago when I started working this job. I have a good idea but to embarrassed to say anything because they say it so a matter of fact like I should know.
Update:wow thanks you guys I thought they were saying like toe and it made no sense to me. I am so glad I never asked them what they meant

A Toe head is a person who has a rare genetic mutation that causes toes to grow out of there chin. Most of the time the look like hair but don't be fooled they are small appendages which when fully grown will strangle you in your sleep
It's spelled "tow head" and it means almost-white blonde hair. It comes from an old term for "touw" which meant flax or hemp fibers, which are very light.
I think its Tow Head. It's used to describe a child with really light blonde hair.
Blonde hair - practically white. I have a tow head.....(no idea how it is spelled, but that is how I imagined it.
It means that they are a good person. A toe balances you, so the person being called a "toe-head" means they are balanced in the head. I encourage complementing, whenever possible, with this Caucasian slang.
It means they are very, very light blonde. I used to be called that all the time. . .I hated it! Lol.
Add: It is actually "tow" - which are the light colored fibers of flax, hemp, or jute.
It means that they have really blond hair (almost white) hair.
