okk my mom sat me down & talked to me last night , she doesnt want me to hangout with my closest friend anymore , this is what she said ' listen we need to talk , i love star she has a great personality , but she does things thast you dont and shes a bad influence ,..'
it was so horrible i legit remebered the whole thing . im now shedding tears , how can i convince her to let me hangout with my bestfriend again .....

First, I am sorry to have to say this, but to be upfront about this.....Your Mom has every right to be concerned about you, your life, and the friends you choose. There's an old but wise saying that "bad companions ruin good character" and your Mom wants you to have that virtue. She obviously cares for you.
That said, try to take an objective look at Star and what she does. What are the things that she does that your Mom objects to? I take it they are things that you are not permitted to do. Are they major issues - such as drinking, drugs, staying out and partying all night? If not, can you talk to your Mom about them and convince her that you won't do them?
