The Republican Party gets all bent out of shape when we have a Democratic president. They don't believe in bipartisanship, they can only think about getting back into control.

During the Obama years, the Repubs had many opportunities to cooperate with the Democrats on those goals and objectives they have in common. The Republicans had a lot of chances to get a lot of what they wanted. But their strategy was never ever to cooperate with a Democratic president. If anything good was achieved through bipartisan cooperation, The President gets most of the credit for bringing the deal together. And Republicans wanted to discredit Obama more than they wanted anything else they wanted! So they simply decided bipartisanship was off the table. Consequently, Congress under the Republicans was the least productive Congress in our history!

And even today, after they've achieved their goal of taking control of Congress and the White House, they still can't do the jobs they were elected to do. They're OBSESSED with repealing Obamacare, destroying Obama's legacy, to the point where they can't even think of the dozens of other major issues that need to be worked on. It's not even about health care policy--they have no ideas at all for reforming health care! It's all about Obama!

You know how they say a dog's brain can't hold more than one thought at a time? Apparently that's true of Republicans also.

They could do a "repeal" the replacement of which contains a lot of Obamacare. That way they could get a workable system and still brag that they repealed and replaced Obamacare. If they actually came up with "something terrific," as Donald Trump promised during the campaign, they would get a lot of Democratic support. But noooooo...

Neither side has the stones to admit each other is wrong. And they

are to bullheaded to shake hands and work this out.

The two parties need to get themselves together and find a system that covers everyone and solves the problems. We aren't some broke third world country. We are the richest country on earth. It's ridiculous they are being so political about it.

Because of pressure from the SuperPACs that finance their campaigns and pressure from the conservative media to do everything exactly the opposite of Democrats. And you know the real kicker is? Do you know what the main reason is that insurers are pulling out of ObamaCare? Answer: The amount of subsidies given to insurance companies by the government is controlled directly by the President....Donald Trump. And they don't know how much money Trump is going to allot them because he refuses to say.

So Trump is at the root of the problem.

For insurance companies, they need to know those figures so they can determine what rates they charge so they don't end up charging too little and losing money. So instead of taking that risk, they decide to just back out of it all together.

Actually, it is Democrats who will not work to fix the broken system they installed.

Ask Pelosi.

Because they are so mad that a Black man had the audacity to get healthcare done when no other president had been able to do this in 100 years.

And trump is still ticked at President Obama for roasting him so good at the Correspondent's Dinner that he is trying his hardest to undo everything that President Obama has done.

Sad, really.

All of their hearts are in the wrong place. They don't care about the American people.

Why won't democraps work with the GOP?

Because they have adopted the attitude that power is the only thing that counts. They must fix everything and determine everything and pass everything without any input from the Democrats or they are losing some of their power. They couldn't care less what they do to Americans while they are playing their game of hide the monkey.

ObamaCare is broken. It is so inherently flawed there is no fixing it. LOL
