Who has the recipe for 酥皮蛋塔?

I've been trying to make them but it always turns out kinda hard and cookie like and not like the flaky ones you see in the chinese bakeries in New York

i'm sorry...but to clarify 酥皮蛋塔 this means egg custard. And it would really help if the recipe calls for the flaky crusted kinds you see in chinese bakeries in New York.
