B) is not. France moved power away from a monarch to a centralized government. Monarchies and succession really started the war, and pushing the English out created a sense of nationalism, a love of country not king. France's government became stronger as it sought of ways to improve the economy to fund troops to defend itself, this was not done by the king, but my the government. A centralized government helped unify France against the British threat.
B. The war was largely caused by overly powerful vassals, and was ended shortly after the exiled french king returned to power. French monarchy became much more centralized and the grip on formerly autonomous holdings was tightened immensely.
