As in drinking water in 1 week = 0.80 kg/day x 5 mcg/kg x 7 days/week = 28 mcg/As week
rice water As = (2 days/weekx 0.50Kg) water x 5 mcg/Kg = 10 mcg As/week
As in rice = 2 X 0.045 kg x 127 mcg As/kg = 11.4 mcg As/week
Total intake/week = 28 mcg + 11.4 mcg + 10 mcg = 49 mcg As/week
mcg = microgram: 1 ppb = 1 mcg/kg)
Input / day = 49 mcg/week x 1 week/7 days = 7 mcg/day
mcg As/ jg body weight = 7 mcg As/day / 70 kg = 0.1 mcg As/kg body weight.
