Today I took an IQ test and I received an IQ of 147. I am 16 and I smoke alot of weed, but I have All A’s and B’s. Did I get a good score?

I scored something like that when I took an online test, I wouldn't attach too much importance to the result.
Unless it was issued by the AMA your IQ test is nothing more than a wikipedia version, something anyone can create and edit.
It's a good score for snooker. If you want a reliable measure of your IQ, take the Mensa tests when you're not high.
