I have been feeling depressed lately and went and spoke to my favourite teacher who I knew would be understanding and lovely... and that she was. I have her for class twice a week and it is been fine going to class since talking to her. She told me to email her if I need to talk again so I’ve emailed her twice in the past 3 weeks and we’ve met up and had good chats but now I feel like if I email her again that she’ll start to get annoyed and I’m worried I’ll start irritating her but I want to talk to her. What should I do.

Tell her that then. If she's annoyed, chances are she would say something, but I bet that she genuinely wants to help. The thing is...she may not be qualified to help, as in properly trained but she may have the necessary resources to refer you to..so my advice is to talk to her when you feel you need to while recognizing that you may need actual professional help too.
Please ask your mom or dad to make an appointment with a licensed mental health professional, especially a clinical psychologist (PhD or PsyD) or a licensed-clinical social worker (LCSW).
A teacher doesn't usually have the training for treating people with mental health issues. Please talk with your school counselor on the next school day. He or she may have some community resources for you and/or some local therapists for you to get some counseling.
Here is a website that should have some local counseling agencies:
https://findtreatment.samhsa.gov/ and can type one's zip code or state of residence into search.
Their toll-free 24/7 ** referral ** hotline:
1-800-662-HELP (4357).
The Anxiety and Depression Association of America has more general info re: (regarding) anxiety and/or depression (however, *not* in place of professional treatment):
https://adaa.org/
This other website has more general info re: depression, including teens with depression:

For anyone who is feeling suicidal:
1-800-273-TALK (8255).
I hope that you continue reaching out to trusted adults and receive some outside professional help. Please make good choices in life :)
You need to talk to your parents or counselor at school. It is wonderful that you have such a great confidante in your teacher, but she is not a trained counselor, doctor, or therapist. If you are clinically depressed, you need professional help. Contact your teacher again, but please use this time to get her to help you talk to your parents about getting you some real help. Depression is treatable. Most teens respond very well to cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT). Sometimes medication is needed, but not that often.
This IS NOT something you should be doing with your teacher, period. You are becoming dependent on her and she is going to have to discuss or report it to the school counselor.
