By telling your husband to have a discussion about privacy with his kids. There's clearly nothing illegal about a married couples sharing "boudoir" photos. It's just pretty dumb for your husband to be carrying them around on his phone.
This is something their Dad should handle right quick! God knows what else they have sent her! You have "spy's" in your home that are working against you and it needs to be addressed.
As far as your underwear is concerned, it's basically the same as a bathing suit so don't sweat it! If it ends up being published in any way, you have proof where it came from and you can take the mother to court.
I don't know why you think any file would be hidden of you wearing your underwear on a phone. If I got my hands on his phone then maybe I would be able to find it too.
His kids probably has access to his phone, so it's your fault that they saw you wearing your underwear because you didn't object to having your picture taken.
Explain to your husband what happened... if he is still close with their mother, have him explain to her that he never meant for them to see. If he is not close with her, talk to her yourself.
