In Texas, you need your insurance card, and sometimes a form of ID, depending whose at the counter. But definitely your insurance card and keep in mind PPH doesn't take all insurance, so you may call ahead.

They also never give out your information. So if your parents did find out you went. They are restricted to tell them why you went or results of your test.

Also, no letter or bill will be sent to your adresa saying you have been to PPH.
