My roommate in my college dorm always finds ways of keeping me awake. She’ll come in while I’m already asleep and has turned the lights on, the tv on, and started talking on the phone all at once before. Even during the day if I’m taking a nap she’ll start being loud. I’m always quiet when she’s asleep so idk why she wouldn’t do the same

Say you’re gonna throw her stuff out the window if she doesn’t shut up
Report her to the RA and hope to be moved to another dorm or have her move to another dorm.
Report her actions to your RA.
Have a chat with her and if it is not working, ditto her, and if that does not work, consider to make alternate arrangement and let her see how inconvenient hiccups can become.
Nip it in the bud, shes testing your resolve to take crap.
all i can say is learn by example....if someone wakes me up...i get pissed oFF...get an airhorn and blow it in her ear while she is sleeping...tell her the next time she wakes you up she will go deaf from the horn blowing so loudly in her ear...or do something...!
Be loud to her and switch roommates.
Get some ear plugs. They’re a must.
Don’t depend on your roommate being quiet.
If light is an issue, get some eye shades too. Protect your sleep.
Treat her as she treats you. Only was she will appreciate the situation.
Stand up for your rights.
When she's noisy at an unreasonable time, tell her to shut up or leave the room.
If you're sleeping at an unreasonable time, invest in some disposable foam earplugs. You can't expect a roommate to be quiet for you in broad daylight.
At a time when you're both awake and quiet, start a conversation about respect and your expectations about polite behavior. If you roommate won't agree to modify her behavior during reasonable hours, talk to your RA and ask for intervention.
