If you aren't sure how to define your feelings, I'd guess it isn't really love, because when you are "in love", you know it.  But if you are happy together, if you believe you can live as a family , permanently, have children, you don't necessarily have to be "in love" to do so. You didn't give your age, however, and if this is your first meaningful relationship, its possible that either of you could change, grow apart, want to experience dating other people, and that as you mature, your personalities,, values and experience will change.
