you said some thing to some body. If that somebody could receive the message and understand it correctly as you intended, the communication is called effective. If some body could not catch what you said then it is a matter of communication barrier.
Three examples of the communication barriers are that contribute to conflict are
1.knowledge barrier (lack of knowledge in the subject the other person is talking about)
2.Language barriers (not familiar with the other person's language)
Hi Somdyuti, Hahahahaha the jokes were really funny. Anyways... As for why the KKR have performed so badly this year...all five factors that you listed have played a part. But I believe the single bihhest root cause for this is that KKR does not have good players in its rank. Their bowling is extremely weak as they do not have a real superstar. Yes they have Ishant Sharma and Murali Kartik who are OK but they are not great. And they have the Bombay Duckling in their midst as well - I do not know why they picked this former India fast bowler who will remain a former India fast bowler. Another thing against them is that they have no exciting young Indian batters in their team. Chennai have Raina and Badrinath; Rajasthan have Yusuf Pathan; Deccan have Rohit; etc. But in the KKR, the only good Indian batter is Ganguly. The team has to choose 7 Indian players and unfortunately none of the other I6 ndians players are good batters. Brendon McCullum has not clicked either this year. Last year he started off with a bang with that century. That was because he was free of any captaincy stress. But that's not the case this year. He has been shoved into the forefront in a team he does not know much about. Brendon's a good WK and player but he really is untested as a captain even for NZ - so why did Bhooka Naan make him Skipper, I do not know? I do not agree with you that if Ganguly was captain, everything would be alright. Ganguly was captain last year and KKR did not do that better finishing in sixth position. In the end the captain only strategises and its up to the individuals to perform - sadly for KKR, the players including Ganguly have not performed. Only Chris Gayle and Brad Hodge have done well. The behind the scenes drama has heightened all these problems by dividing players and it seems like the team is playing without a plan and strategy. This added with the fact that the players (except Hodge and Gayle) have not been performing and also that the team's composition is faulty are the root causes.
