I can’t sleep. Again. I don’t want to get in the habit of taking pills, but I often get restless and can’t sleep. Please share what you do to help fall asleep!
I use the world's oldest remedy... a glass of milk (at room temp, not "warm.") If I'm having a serious problem with insomnia, I use another really old remedy which is drinking a slug of brandy.
