As usual, Daniel is giving you the right answer. There are seperate recruiters for the active Army, Army National Guard and Army Reserves. The same for active US Air Force, Air National Guard and Air Force Reserves.
If you want to join the Army NG, you see an ARNG recruiter. If you want to join the ANG, you see an ANG recruiter. Each state's ARNG and ANG recruiters only handle their own state.
Each service has its own separate active duty recruiters and Reserve recruiters.

The ARMY recruiter is the ARMY recruiter. The National Guard doesn't have separate recruiters.
