I'm 30 years old, 125LBs Male. I read what it takes to become a police officer but was just curious in my case. I have depression and anxiety, mainly because I think too much and see the world as mundane, gray, pointless and never feeling quite normal.
I also have an undiagnosed shoulder issue. My back left shoulder nerves doesn't work (muscle atrophy/wasting) so i cant use those specific muscle groups. (The other muscles around have compensated mostly for this disability.)I know it's really not a good idea. But I was wondering if I shouldn't even bother thinking about it if I'm just going to get rejected for my health issues.
Thanks for anyone who answers!

I certainly hope not.
i dont see why not
no the police wont accept you as you need to be physically and mentally fit because they go into dangerous situations and sometimes get attacked, but that doesn’t mean you cant work for the police force, they need people to work on the emergency switchboard taking calls, people to work in the offices doing paperwork and people to work in the reception, they have a wide variety of jobs available, visit one of your local stations and make an appointment to speak to a recruiter to see whats available to you
