"The Bible says there will soon be justice earth wide."
How soon is soon, according to the Bible?
If there's no justice earth wide in five years, will that mean the Bible is wrong?
How about ten?
Twenty?
Fifty?
A hundred?
Two hundred?
Five hundred?
A thousand?
How long before they say "well, the time frame has passed, and there's no justice earth wide, so the Bible was mistaken"?
Or can this "soon" of theirs be any number, with no upper bound?

anywhere between next week and the next ten million years.
Jesus predicted the end of the world in his disciples' lifetime--I bet they were surprised.
i do not recognize what percentage that is been. one in all them *did* make the information. It develop into on nationwide headlines. An previous lady, who already had rigormortis placing in, got here back to life. yet another that did not make the headlines develop right into a baby who they'd made funeral arrangements for that got here back purely as they were starting up the surgical treatment to reap her organs. The revival in Lakeland began as a 4 day convention in early April. they have had conferences each and every morning and evening when you consider that then. Todd Bentley is the chief, and his ministry is depending in Canada. there develop right into a list that a guy in his casket on the funeral purely sat up contained in the casket. quite some the 'raisings' have handed off contained in the medical institution, yet a pair were outdoors it. in case you seek for 'raised from the lifeless, Lakeland' on youtube, you'll discover clips from the revival. you may seek for miracles or healings also. there's a lot of clips there.
Jehovah's Witnesses are not Jehovah, and Jesus said:
(Matthew 24:36) “Concerning that day and hour nobody knows, neither the angels of the heavens nor the Son, but only the Father.
Not even Jesus knew, which definitely makes him different from Jehovah, but that is another question. We know that it is coming, and the conditions in the world are ripe for its coming. Prophecies about the time of the end have been fulfilled up to the very end of them, just before it happens - Daniel's prophecy in Daniel chapter 2 is one good example of that, about the great image which was described and applied to the various human empires over hundreds of years, from the top to the bottom of the image, and we are living in the time of the image's "feet", just before this is due to happen:
(Daniel 2:44) “And in the days of those kings the God of heaven will set up a kingdom that will never be brought to ruin. And the kingdom itself will not be passed on to any other people. It will crush and put an end to all these kingdoms, and it itself will stand to times indefinite;
So, it sounds like we are pretty close to it, and that is not just the modern day "Jehovah's Witnesses" that are just saying it, but the inspired scriptures show it.
Sooner and later, like hot and cold, are just feelings.
Not measurements.
Just like all that end of the world millennium BS. The millennium was the year ONE thousand. NOT 2000! Yet they haven't given up even after a thousand years. IF god worshipers still exist in a thousand years they will do it again.
Jesus didn't do it either. What's with these vague definitions of "soon"? Why would Jesus even use the word "soon" if he knew it would be misunderstood by everyone who heard it?
Compared to eternity...a thousand years isn't that much....maybe to God "soon" is viewed in a different light than it is to humanity...im not JW...but I agree time is short.
Not a JW, but I will say this:
He is coming when the majority thinks he won't
Jesus said to "Keep on the watch."
So we are and we realize it is SOON.
"No one knows the day or the hour" but we are in the "season."
