My wall air conditioner when plugged in turns on the compressor before It’s turned on. For example, I plug the air conditioner into the socket. I hear a cranking noise coming from compressor and then I press power bottom and fans and everything else works. I press power off and same thing fans and stuff goes off by compressor still running. Please help and tell me what the issue is

there may not be any problem at all. please ask the maker via the support page on their website if this indicates anything unusual ... they'll need your model number and [probably] your serial number. if it dies, the most likely issue is low on refrigerant, which would indicate a very small leak
If your unit has digital controls, it sounds like a bad main control board. If the unit has rotary controls, control switch is bad.
Try setting the thermostat on high (hottest setting) and if the compressor still engages, main control board is likely bad. Before condemning the main control board, check if power wire to the compressor is not shorted to the main feed power wire coming from plug. If the unit has a separate contactor (relay), the contactor could also be shorted (stuck closed).
If it is an old air conditioner it is normal it happens it takes time to expand refrigerant gas, I recommend an inverter model that does not make a lot of noise and is more economical.
