Update:I have the range and domain at -3,infinity and the graph is going straight up -3 on the x axis so its like -3,0 -3,1 -3,2 so on i want to make sure this is correct

You are totally right, x = -3 is a vertical line that crosses the x axis at -3.
The domain is all the values that x is allowed to take on, so this is just 3.
The range is all the values that y can take, so that is all numbers.
