I am not going to begin as though I am some Doctor of Theology, but I begin by saying that I am a faithful man of God who has seen a great amount of hypocrisy in "Christianity" today.
Those individuals who only get a glimpse of the truth of the word of God practice a life with a foundation in Christianity, but, past that, the crumbling walls of sin and the caving roof give the evidence that the rest of the word was not heard or was ignored for the fact that it was "too difficult to live the life..."
For those who try their hardest and give their all to live according to the example given to us through Jesus Christ, those who have the Spirit of God dwelling within them, their lives are evidenced by His presence and you see that the strength of their foundation is present throughout the whole of their person. We see the hypocrisy and we strive to correct wrong doing - especially amongst those who claim to be "Christian". The Enemy of the Lord is a liar and a manipulator. He works against the truth by posing to be "truth" and guiding others away from God. With the wisdom of the Holy Spirit, a true Christian is given the gift to discern the truth from the deception. Those outside of it may see it as "bickering amongst the ranks", but it is really the righteous calling out the acts of the wicked one in an attempt to bring light to the deception.
Please don't see this as some sort of elitist mentality. There are many who would say that having the Spirit must "make one superior", and this is just not true. We are blessed to understand the truth and, when the truth is in you, you just want others to see it too. It's not an exercise of superiority, but rather an acceptance of inferiority to God and a realization of his power coming through in the lives of his creation. We are simply a conduit for the grace and power of the Almighty God and the Spirit is available to anyone who would follow the Lord completely.
When Christians pray in the unity of the Spirit, they do not disagree. Where the Spirit of the Lord is, there is freedom, there is love, there is unity...
So if the Church is really of the Holy Spirit, then they will agree in the Spirit. But if one Church has a different spirit or spirits, then they will not agree with the Church in the Unity of the Spirit of Christ.
Scripture tells us that there is One Spirit. One Body of Christ. The Holy Spirit of Promise seals every believer when they 1st believed to be saved.
So those who receive the Holy Spirit [the Spirit of Truth who leads us to what the Lord has said] agree in the foundational Gospel of Christ when abiding in Christ.
When Christians rely on their own understanding, disagree. Because the devil also plants tares (lies, slanders, false doctrines, heresies, false accusations...) within the Churches to divide.
When Christians gather together with others who have received the Holy Spirit. This is the same Spirit & will not disagree. So when they pray in the Spirit, they agree for what they pray for. There will be a discord if one is against what is the Truth in the Spirit.
Love rejoices in the Truth and God is Love. So if the tares come out in the prayer, then there will be discord. Like to slander someone... or to pray to bless the ministry of someone bringing a false gospel...
So when people receive the Holy Spirit, they will agree on Gods Truth when abiding in Christ & Gods Love & Word. When those who have received the Holy Spirit are not abiding in Christ, but in willful disobedience, then they are not trusting God and are sinning. and there will be discord.
So where the Spirit of the Lord Is, there is freedom, there is liberty, there is unity, there is love. And we can pray & agree together on the Truth of the Lord from our honest hearts in the Spirit.
Christians aren't perfect so don't know all things about God. So the disagreements are because of leaning on own understanding, or they heard something that wasn't right...
Although some examples would have helped answer the question properly here are some answers ,first of all the bible states that we cant even say that Jesus Christ is the son of God without the Holy Spirit in us but at that point one is just a babe in Christ so ones level of comprehension of the word of God is not yet mature, but with constant prayerful study of the word of God yields only the truth, it when we leave it to our own interpretations that confusion can settle in.
Ego. Christians have a big......ego and a small.......self esteem. In my honest opinion, all christians are the real deal. Their own bibles say god is the final judge, making them look rather self serving.

"no-number-of-parts-in-particular series" ???? Huh?
I don't know what you or your weird question stand for,
but posting the Holy Spirit as TRADEMARKED .. and
"True Christianity" as COPYRIGHTED . . . and your
gobbledegook of "abstract Holy Spirit" is foreign to me.

Those who claim that vehemently doth protest too much.
