I suppose that the government could go on a wild hiring spree, but the government creates no wealth, it only distributes it. Employment is in the hands of the wicked private sector that creates and markets goods and services that people willingly buy. Sure, even the GOP wants to fill its tax coffers, and it can only do that if the economy is sound. The ONLY leverage that the government has upon the job-creating private sector to make it worth their while to do their thing is to tax them lightly for doing so. Municipalities of all political stripes go out of their way to give tax breaks to film producers to attract business their way. Yet when tax breaks are considered in socialist abstraction, they are the essence of all evil.
Wally, you are known as a union guy. We understand that you want all the power and dues income that you can get. But please remember that evil management are people like you who want the same things you do. The difference is that management has something to offer to the neutral public. What do you offer at a price that is willingly paid?
No. it is not neccessary to repay the national debt. they simply might desire to stability the cost variety and stop spending extra money than they soak up. over the years, the % of the national debt to the GDP will shrink because of the fact the financial equipment expands. it would be like construction fairness on your place. After ten years of paying on a 30 twelve months loan, you have not paid the belief down lots, however the cost of the abode has larger. it is how wealth is equipped up.
Because the "job creators" would have to deal with employer contributions to socialist Workmans Comp,pension funds, salaries and the like.
Better to let a half a dozen really rich people make all the important decisions.
