What’s the best way to deal with someone who is quick to anger?
My car is being restored by a guy and he’s really dragging his feet. I am considering having someone else paint it while he just does the body work. At first we talked about him painting but I think I have changed my mind. I just want him to do the body work. He’s short tempered so how should I bring it up?

Just let him know he shouldn't get mad and if does I say let him be mad and he shouldnt be mad either way cause he will be paid either way so I don't say why hell be mad
