Update:Oh, yes I had a typo. It is to the power of -1, if that is what it is supposed to be.

I suspect you have a typo in your question, so I'm not sure what you're after. π/4 is typically an angle (in radians), which normally has the sine function applied to it, not the arcsine. However, it is possible:
sin^-1(π/4) = 0.90334 radians = 51.75752°
sin(π/4) = √2/2 ≈ 0.707107
sin((π/4)°) = sin(0.785398°) = 0.013707
Could you back up and tell us how you got to that expression?
