What to do for the snake¿?
My friend's snake.....theres something wrong with his tail...and we're not sure what to do for him....he's shedding know....but it's been like this...and some of the skin....is....it looks bloody....I think.....we both don't know what to do for him.......she's like well it will work it's self out.....and I'm freeking out about it........and im not sure how to post a picture....of him.........

take the snake to a vet who does exotics. It's probably ok, but get a vet to take a look or call the zoo and ask for the reptile keeper.
I had an iguana once, she escaped and when I got her back out of the tree, yes I had to go up after her! I did take her to an exotic vet just to be sure she was ok from being yanked down the branches. Get ready for the looks of horror from the other people in the waiting room!
You need to call around to your local vet offices and ask if they have any veterinarians familiar with reptiles. It sounds to me like you should take him to the vet. If that's not possible tell the vet that, and ask for any advice they can give you for at home care or care until you can get him in to see the vet.
