Mr. Reg thinks Aquinas brought to Christianity a fresh yet basically orthodox way of looking at God . Aquinas' teachings for the church bring in purity of viewpoint . Perhaps no teacher has brought in all we ever need to know about God , but Aquinas purified such knowledge as might be attained about God . Aquinas in particular helps a person have a reverence for Godhead without such a person being caught in slavish unknowing fear of such a great God .
i do not recognize... Aquinas' Summa is extremely dense interpreting. If someone doesn't have adequate reason to do not overlook that ethics derive from nature and not in any respect from a e book, i do not imagine having them examine the Summa is going to assist. not that he wasn't remarkable. everyone with 1/2 a mind owes it to themselves to a minimum of aquaint themselves which includes his recommendations.
