[ we are never told the western diet is horribly insufficient nutritionally, the reason to eat, and then already starving nutritionally wonder why we are gaining weight, the body is trying to survive and is hanging on to excess weight for the body to survive, and we as owners of the body, at least temporary owners, don't know how to operate it properly, instead of nutrition, we focus on fat, what a vicious circle...and candy is not food, you are already starving nutritionally, and instead of a vitamin, you starve yourself nutritionally deeper down the hole and focus on the wrong thing and nobody ever tells you, that you are chasing your own tail, like a dog going in circles and don't even know it, [ westonaprice.org/wp-content/uploads/MainBrochure.pdf ] simply copy/paste into browser and go.....read it over and let it sink in, our diets are why there are dentists.......inadequate nutrition.........
