I am a 26 year old female. I’ve been trying to look for a new job as my current job decreases my hours since we changed our companies hours. Now I am making less and it’s freaking tough. I can’t seem to find a job. All jobs either need experience or some sort of degree.
I want a job where I am doing stuff, not standing around. Not sitting around. I want a busy job.

Go talk to a member of one of the trade (building) unions.
They are desperate for workers, and have programs tailored to people such as yourself. The trades can pay well, and the work is certainly steady. It's a great opportunity who may not have gotten the right training for the other jobs out there- and for the amount of work, it is going to beat any kind of warehouse or restaurant work by a mile. You would end up with certification, which could take you anywhere- even your own business.
Don't settle for something that won't give you room to advance. That's just deadly.
Ware house or factory work will keep you occupied, but it can be a bit mundane. Some of them don't require experience and they don't require a degree. Unless you want to work in their offices, then they may require a degree.
You do have some work experience as you mention being employed. Have a look at jobs that you may have relevant experience with.

when my children were studying at school or uni they always had jobs, so off the top of my head - cashier, guard (women do that too, but u need a few weeks schooling i think my son paid himself for, but i m not sure), warehouse worker - this one i think is the best. my elder son got it as a summer job while in high school - so no degrees no education needed - and then he could always get a job at different warehouses because he got experience. he got very well paid when he had shift work. then. of course, cleaning - my childhood friend is in her late 40 now, never got any education ever, so this is what she has been doing all her life. and i suppose cleaning IS busy. then of course waitress - how busier can u get
warehouses, post office
You are currently employed so I hope you have gained some experience. Use that experience to find a new job.
