yesterday I went on a bike ride. I went down to the track and rode 30 laps really fast and hard. It felt so good, it was the best workout I did in a long time. Was it a good workout? You think?♥♥♥
yeah you did 7 1/2 miles. As long as your heart is pumping it's a good work out. The bike is good for your legs, which has the biggest muscles in your body, so you're really burning calories.

Any activity that gets your heart rate up is a good work out. It only helps that you could have fun riding your bike outside.
