Is doing things your girlfriend doesn’t like the same as cheating?
Should the guy be mad at his girlfriend for not showing any love for him when he constantly does things she have told him she doesn’t like such as going over another female’s house every day, even if that female is an older woman. Or if he constantly walks out the door and leave without telling her he’s gone. Or even if he constantly say he’s going to the store which is less than a mile away and stay gone for an hour?

No, it isn't the same. Cheating is actually performing the ACT of sleeping with another woman. Everything else is just varying degrees of disrespect, which can be on the same levels of seriousness. But if the guy is just pissing the girl off, either he's doing it on purpose, she's over-sensitive and needs to relax, or he doesn't KNOW that these things anger her.
If he knows and he does them anyway, then there needs to be some communication between the two parties involved to figure out who is right and if some compromises can be made.
