Offensive goaltending is the act of interfering with the ball in its downward arc toward the basket or interfering with the ball while it is in an imaginary cylinder above the rim. While technically a slam dunk may fit within that description, perhaps it's because it has been deemed an exciting play for fans and players that it is not called. Or perhaps that it's because it's not technically "interfering" with the ball's arc.
You must allow pass of the ball. On the shielding facet, If a shielding participant held onto the ball, introduced it into the imaginary cylinder above the rim, after which took it again out with out throwing it down, that's now not goaltending both.
it cant be a goal tending foul because youre not interrupting the shot itself, youre using that way to score. so no matter what it cant be an 'offensive goaltend'

Because black people do it, and well the NBA is a joke now, rules are pretty much out the window anyways.
