1000 calls in a week, that is not a lot, few years ago before I gave up this type of work we normally done more than 1000 calls in 2 days, sure it is brain destroying but you either like it or hate it and if you like it you soon get into the swing of it, accepting the bad days to appreciate the good ones and keep smiling through all calls, Good Luck

I smell a troll. Telemarketers use headsets. They have for decades.

The better firms use very light weight (and expensive!) ones to avoid fatigue.

Why aren't you using a headset like the rest of them?
