My best guess is clearing out the fitting rooms from left out clothes. You could also be helping customers find the right fit.

Tomorrow is my first day at Banana Republic to! I have orientation and training though. My guess would be that you will be multi-tasking around the store with a focus on the dressing rooms. They will probably expect you to put away clothes left at the dressing rooms, help customers who are ready to try on clothes, and helping them get other sizes, etc. Doesn't sound too bad right? I know my manager puts a heavy focus on "multi tasking" so I would suggest if the dressing rooms are clean and no one is waiting to try on clothes, they will like to see you helping out folding and keeping the rest of the store tidy as well. As long as you are showing that you are putting in effort, trying to learn, and doing your best you should be fine. They should not expect you to know everything the first day. Good Luck!!

You'll be watching for shop lifters, picking clothes up off the floor and rehanging them, keeping the dressing rooms clean and tidy, and answering any questions people may have.

They'll expect you to be at the beck and call of the customers, get ready to kiss some serious @ss. =[
