I have a temp to perm job for 6 months which pays £7.50 an hour. It is 6 hrs a day which is £45.00 and is 5 days per week which equals £225.00. This is monthly paid so it would be £900.00 per month before tax. Any idea what it would be after tax?

Assuming no other income or adjustments or benefits - your annual tax allowance is £9440.
Per month that is an allowance of £786. So if you earned this all year each month £900 - £786 = taxable income at 20% = £22 a month in income tax.
If you was not earning from April then you have unused allowances, if you was getting benefits that has to be counted in.
So it's hard to say, National Insurance Contributions (NIC) is calculated by the week.

Mark, the election is over. I know you don't have anything else right now, but get a hobby. I know you don't have a job, and they will become even more scarce next year. But really, you have to move on.
