I have servere shoulder and neck knots they haven’t gone away in a whole year.?
I use heat packs cold packs. I went to my doctor they said it was muscle spasms I’ve tried every medicine, physical therapy, cortisone shots. Everything and it’s still very painful. I have to rub them constantly all day and I never get relief. What else can I do?

Chiropractor? Massage therapist? Accupuncture? Have your posture at work evaluated by a occupational therapist. Something you're doing on a daily basis is contributing to your problem.
