They can either authorize the withdrawal or spot your the cash- or you can take money out two days in a row. A gaming setup isn't an emergency, and if i it is, you may be getting scammed. Just be careful- but ask for adult help. The account is set up like that so you don't blow so much money so fast.
They do that with your card just so if someone happens to steal it they can't empty your account in a flash. If I want to get more than £300 I have to go in with my passport. It's a good thing, don't moan and just go in with ID.
No, you don't have any such limit except for using cash machines, and there is only a limit so one person can't empty the machine and leave none left for other customers. That's all the limit is for. So the answer is not to use a cash machine! Talk to a real person instead - then anything is possible.
So go into the bank, queue up for a cashier, and when you get to the counter, show your card and ask for £150 in cash. They have more cash available behind the counter and should be able to do that easily. I've withdrawn far bigger amounts than that just by going into the bank - I needed to when I was treasurer of a choral society and wanted cash to pay the orchestra at our next concert. (That was with HSBC too!)
They can't really say no - it's YOUR money and the only reason for refusal (apart from not having that much in your account, of course) is if they don't actually have that much behind the counter. But £150 - pish, they WILL have that.
If you can't get into the bank when it's open, then take out £100 today and another £50 tomorrow.
The daily withdraw limit NORMALLY only applies to ATM withdraws. If you GO INTO the bank and speak to a teller at the counter, you can usually withdraw more.

How can you not figure this out? How can spreading this over 2 days not hit you in the FUC ING FACE?
Talk to your parents.

Wait till tomorrow.
Draw it our over a two day period. 75 each day. This isn't rocket science.
Do you have an actual limit on withdrawals or just from an ATM?
How about securing the purchase with a deposit?
