I hear a ch ch ch ch ch noise coming from the driver side. I replaced the brake pads, rotor, caliper, and bracket on the rear driver side recently so it’s not that. It sounds like the “ch” sound is once a revolution. When i hit my brakes, it goes away, but back on the gas and coast, it returns. Any thoughts as to what it could be?

The caliper mounting bolt may have fallen off of the brake caliper, causing the rotor to rub the caliper. Or, when you put the tire back on did you make sure all bolts were torqued correctly/evenly? Tire may be mounted wrong.
The front brakes
Yes, it's a brake component.
Put the car on a lift, rotate and shake the tires and listen for any noise. Inspect the whole underside. Could be a bad U-joint.
