ღ is a letter of the Georgian alphabet pronounced mostly like a French "R" sound (the sound you make when you're gargling mouthwash) and cannot be typed using an ordinary keyboard. If you wanted to type it you would have to have a Georgian IME (IME is something that allows you to type in foreign text). Depending on how new your computer is, you might already have the ability to type it. My computer (Vista) allows me to type in almost any language you could think of. Anyway, there is another alternative. You could use Unicode which is used to type symbols that are not found on your keyboard. I personally can't seem to get it to work but all you need to do is search "how to type Unicode" on Google and it will tell you. The Unicode for ღ is "U+10E6". If you can't get it to work or just don't really wanna try that hard to type a measly character just go on the Wikipedia page for the Georgian alphabet (In the source box) and you'll find that there are actually quite a number of cool symbols to choose from, lol, I hope this didn't bore you or has been unhelpful.
Edit: Do the alt thing (Hold alt) and type 10E6 while holding alt.
