I have heard of it. I dont know if I have ever eaten it. I have seen it on some of the cooking shows on the travel channel on tv. I was just over at a friends house and he had a box of couscous that you prepare. We were looking at that.
A couple of years ago, in my town, there was a guy from Jerusalem who had a sandwich shop. He would prepare couscous and other middle eastern dishes.
There are some restaurants in my city that serve middle eastern meals. These are the real foods. Several years ago, I knew all these Palestinean guys from different countries, and they would make these awesome meals. Really good chicken and vegetables. IT was pretty amazing.
Yes, of course! They are actually very good. Its a middle eastern food that can be found all over, but in New York, specifically, they have falafel carts (like a hot dog cart) on the streets - and they are great!
Yes, I like them. I'm born and bred American, and had one at a local restaurant and it's been a favorite of mine ever since. I like especially making them at home!
