I’m referring to the prescribed length and width of the suitcase, not the weight restrictions. I’m looking for this online but have had no luck so far. I’d appreciate it if you also provide a link to this information, if possible.

Suitcases are measured by length+width+height. A 62" total is pretty common for checked bags. A 45" total is fairly common for carryon. There is no one specific link to this info as Governments or airports do not set the limits. The individual airlines sat their own limits and they can and do vary. One size does not fit all. Check with the airline.
