Did you forget to call me!!! I love a good spaghetti dinner (no meatballs please). I just had a bowl of noodles with red cabbage cook together. Sounds Gross but it is very good. Just a little under the weather and didn't want to cook a lot for dinner.
Eggplant parmaesan, with chopped mushrooms in a marinara sauce, and homemade garlic bread. For dessert some homemade coconut, walnut, choc chip, and graham cracker crust(magic bars)

We had spaghetti dinner with green beans toasted garlic bread and birthday cake the whole family together. Oldest daughters B day

Tilapia with fresh lemon and a spinach and tomato salad with red wine vinaigrette dressing.
Just for me a Piece of baked boneless chicken with mounds of tomatoes , slice onion on top and green beans.Husband is a trucker and on the road.
A piece of toast with peanut butter and honey, and some cheese and crackers.
I hate cooking for myself.

Sounds yummy. I had salmon cooked in butter, garlic mashed potatoes, and a sliced tomato with ranch dressing.
I had the most gorgeously al- dente fine beans with parmesan shavings, rock salt and just a hint of olive oil. Was fanatstic!!!
I went to a sushi restaurant and had these rolls with tuna, avocado, cream cheese and tajadas(fried plantains when sweet and ripe)
