Has any other girls gotten a boyfriend who is so big and strong that your fathers don’t even want to intervene in your relationships?
Every boyfriend I’ve ever had my dad had to meet them and he was just always asking questions and becoming no involved and I know he meant well, but he did things to cross the line. I’m just happened to fall in love with a guy in school who plays football. He is humongous. My dad met him once and this is the only time that he’s never got involved in my relationship. He doesn’t tell me this and that and I love it. It’s like I’m free. Can any girls around college or even high school age relate?

Guys know never to mess with a girl's dad, no matter how big they are. It's the bro code. Think about it. Any 20-something yo kid is gonna be at least a match for a man twice their age (or more). That's why top boxers aren't guys in their fifties. The reason your dad is giving you a break is because a) the quality of guy you're bringing home may be improving; young guys are a waste of oxygen mostly b) you are older and he accepts you are growing up. He is more accepting of you having a bf at 18 than at 14 c) dads are naturally protective of daughters because they know what boys are like - they were young once - but as you get older he sees you are not so naïve and able to make informed choices
Um no. Because if your boyfriend ever put his hands on your father for any reason that is a reflection of who he actually is. My dad usually doesn’t pay attention to my relationships if he feels like the relationship isn’t serious
