Girl that played me doesn’t follow me but still stalks my page?

She played me, dropped me and had a new guy the next day.
I deleted her which made her unfollow me but she is watching my Instagram story and to see what I’m doing for some reason. We don’t even talk anymore.
Why would she do this ?
