Genesis 9:20 - 27
Ham sins against Noah. Ham was previously blessed and could not be cursed so Noah curses Ham’s son, Canaan (Noah’s grandson) who was nowhere near the scene of the crime according to the Bible(Genesis 9:1).
Canaan and his descendants are now cursed and somehow, even though the Bible never says this, Canaan, who started out white like the rest of the white family, turned into an African American.
Because of this verse black people are now justified for slavery, inferiority and other mistreatments.
Example: Some whites used this to justify blacks as being inferior because of this curse of Ham.
Some people still have this mentality.
The question is, If Noah’s family was white then where did this black cursed grandchild, Canaan, come from? Where, how or when did this verse come to be interpreted as that?

Message translation of Genesis 9 18-19 The sons of Noah who came out of the ship were Shem, Ham, and Japheth. Ham was the father of Canaan. These are the three sons of Noah; from these three the whole Earth was populated. 20-23 Noah, a farmer, was the first to plant a vineyard. He drank from its wine, got drunk and passed out, naked in his tent. Ham, the father of Canaan, saw that his father was naked and told his two brothers who were outside the tent. Shem and Japheth took a cloak, held it between them from their shoulders, walked backward and covered their father's nakedness, keeping their faces turned away so they did not see their father's exposed body.
Where did you ever get the idea that Noah was white?
No where in the Bible does this say this.
The answer is easy:Ham did not have the same Mother as Shem and Japeth....Their Mothers dies in the flood.
