Ok here is the dealio, my mom says I can have a ferret. If she never has to see it. Which means I need to put it somewhere. Cannot be in my room or the attic or the basement suggestions please?
girl calm down one of the things you need to do is see how expensive they are i have one he is such a ball of joy hiding my shoes & stuff but your ferret needs to be seen and not feel neglected but i warn you they STINK!!! try to talk with your mom and see if it would be ok to see how he does in your room for a while if he is just too stinky or any other reason try a closed room close to your room visit him every day though
soon when you find a clean room you will have a nice lill ferret (but the basement seems good) he might be afraid of the noises but he/she will get over it its a clean nice way to have a nice hide away for your ferret and since its dark he'll be able to sleep in dark places better! hope this helped!!! ;D
When parents say "they never have to see it", they don't mean it literally. She doesn't ACTUALLY mean she never ever wants to see the ferret ever.
She just means she doesn't want it running around the house wild.. she wants it to be controlled! and she doesn't want it somewhere shared like living room... Why can't it go in your room? As long as it stays in your room, it should be fine... ferrets do need at least a room to run around in!

put it in your room.buy it a cage and whenever she walks in just cover it with a blanket. tada she cant see the ferret.
How about the basement? If you don't have a basement then a closet your mom doesn't use?
That's kind of hard to figure out. maybe you could put it in a outside cage.
in a nice hutch/cage in a clean roomy shed
