If you're allowed to use complex numbers, it's (10y + 7i)(10y - 7i).
It cannot be factored using only real numbers.
Each of them have factors, but they don't have complete factors when combined.

= ( 10y )^2

= ( 7 )^2
This is prime and can't be factorized more.
