乳清蛋白怎麼泡???

我買了一包EAS巧克力的乳清蛋白~~~~上面說明~~~70克加180~220毫升的水~~~可是這樣泡起來會非常甜~~~=而且很濃~像漿糊一樣~~~我喝完有時還會拉肚子~~~我這樣泡正確嗎??應該用冷水泡還是熱水ㄋ????各為大大~~救救我吧~~~~><
